Compassionate Counselling Support
Helping You Navigate Life's Challenges with Care, Understanding, and a Safe Space to Explore Your Thoughts, Build Resilience, and Foster Personal Growth
I am a Person-Centered Counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My approach is grounded in creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is key to fostering personal growth, self-awareness, and healing.
With experience supporting individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, loss, and abuse, I offer a compassionate, client-focused approach tailored to your unique needs. I understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and I am here to support you through those difficult moments.
In addition to my general practice, I am deeply passionate about supporting teachers' mental health. Teaching can be an incredibly rewarding profession, but it also comes with high emotional and professional demands. I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space where educators can address stress and prioritize their well-being.
I offer flexible counselling sessions through phone and online platforms, ensuring that you can access support from the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you. Whether you're struggling with personal challenges or professional stress, I am here to help you build emotional resilience and improve your mental well-being.
As a Person-Centered Counsellor, my approach is all about creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable to be yourself. I believe that each person is the expert in their own life, and my role is to walk alongside you on your journey, providing the understanding and space you need to explore your thoughts and feelings
Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on what's most important to you. I'll be there to listen with empathy and without judgment, helping you to better understand yourself and find ways to navigate the challenges you're facing. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, abuse, or just life's ups and downs, I'm here to support you in finding clarity, healing, and growth.
I believe in the power of a warm, trusting therapeutic relationship, where you can feel heard and respected. You won't be rushed or pressured—this is your space to explore, reflect, and work through whatever is on your mind.
Each session lasts 50 minutes, offering you dedicated time to focus on yourself and your well-being. I offer both phone and online sessions, so you can choose what feels most comfortable for you, whether from the comfort of your own home or wherever you feel safe and relaxed.
In addition to English, I also offer counselling services in Hungarian. If you feel more comfortable expressing yourself in Hungarian, I am happy to provide support in your preferred language.

Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), developed by Carl Rogers, is a humanistic approach where the therapist creates a supportive and nonjudgmental environment to help clients explore their feelings and experiences. The therapist offers three core elements: unconditional positive regard (acceptance), empathy (deep understanding), and genuineness (authenticity). This approach believes that clients have the capacity for self-growth and healing, and the therapist's role is to guide them, not by offering solutions, but by fostering a space for self-discovery and understanding. PCT empowers clients to reach their full potential. Read More...
Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), also known as Rogerian Therapy, is a humanistic approach to psychotherapy developed by Carl Rogers in the 1940s. It emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment, where the client is seen as the expert on their own life. The therapist’s role is to provide unconditional positive regard, acceptance, and genuine understanding, enabling the client to explore and resolve their own issues.
Key elements of Person-Centered Therapy include:
In Person-Centered Therapy, the focus is on the relationship between the therapist and the client, with the belief that a compassionate and accepting environment can facilitate personal growth and healing. The client is encouraged to express themselves freely, with the therapist providing the space and support to explore and gain insight into their own thoughts and feelings.
This approach is non-directive, meaning the therapist doesn’t provide solutions or advice but rather helps the client explore their own path toward self-discovery and problem-solving.
